CCSEM’s Adult Day Services receives funding under Title III of the Older Americans Act from the Area Agency on Aging 1-B through the Michigan Aging and Adult Services Agency and individual and corporate donations.
CCSEM’s Adult Day Services complies with the terms and regulations of Title V of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 as amended in Section 504 of the Social Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
CCSEM’s Adult Day Center in Oakland County has offered services to seniors and their caregivers since 1983, the county’s longest-running program of its kind. CCSEM’s Adult Day Center in Macomb County has provided adult day services since 1984.
The Adult Day Centers provide loving care and supervised activities for adults who are isolated, forgetful, confused, or physically frail and need assistance during the day. Caregivers then receive respite to work, shop, or take a well-deserved break.
