Dear Brothers and Sisters in the Lord,
Some of you may be aware that our weekly collection(s) year-to-date is nearly $15,000 lower than about projected budget. First for all of those who are supporting St. Anne’s; thank you! To respond to this shortage, after consultation with our Parish Finance Council and our Priest Moderator, Fr. Scott Thibodeau, it was determined it would be best to reduce expenses. To reduce expenses, it was decided it would be best to close St. Anne’s each week on Thursday(s). And so, beginning June 1, 2023, St. Anne’s will be closed each week on Thursday(s). This will be a permanent change in our operations schedule. I am very grateful to Anne Schulz who has agreed to reduce her hours each week and to Steve Szach who will now work on Sunday(s) in place of Thursday(s) each week.
Second permanent scheduling change, our last Monday Mass at St. Anne’s will be Monday, May 29, 2023, at 9:00am. Our Lady of the Lakes and St. Daniel’s will continue to offer Mass every Monday morning. And so, beginning in June, St. Anne’s will offer daily Mass at 9:00am on Tuesday(s); Wednesday(s) and Friday(s).
