Some of you may have at one time attended St. Vincent de Paul Church in downtown Pontiac, or St. Fred’s School (on the parish grounds). Or maybe you knew someone who did.
This historic parish is a beacon of hope for those most in need, providing for their spiritual and material needs.
In January, after much patching and repairing, their heating system died and must be replaced. The cost, over $230,000, is out of reach. They have been able to reduce some costs by having volunteers demolish and remove the system.
But we, their brothers and sisters in Christ, can help parishioners to be warm once again! To do so:
Grab a special envelope from church, located on a tripod in the gathering area from Christian Service
Enclose a check (made payable to St. Anne Parish) or cash.
Drop envelope in the collection basket during Mass, or at the Parish Office during business hours.
